21,000 HOMES BOUGHT BY FOREIGNERS IN AEGEANIn the last two years 21,000 houses have been bought by foreigners in the Aegean Region according to government statistics. British citizens are taking the lead and the most popular area is Didim. The estate market gained an acceleration in the Aegean region after new laws came into force earlier this year relating to the terms and procedures for foreigners to purchase freehold property and land in Turkey.
